Great gag manga with absolutely no romantic progression (~127 chapters in). It pokes fun at the shoujo genre. Yet, I go the male characters hands mixed up and sometimes information technology feels like stuff happens with no real lead-in or follow-up. I recommend this for anyone who likes gag 4-koma, simply I like mine with more than plot.

I've been following this mangaka for most a decade now (since Oresama Teacher) and she remains one of my all-time discoveries always. I just dearest her style so much, her fine art is honestly very pretty and her wacky, self-aware sense of humour is outrageously hilarious. I'm actually glad she blew up with this manga, I mean it was about time, simply all the same. Be prepared for tears to come because you'll definitely laugh till you cry when you read it haha.
I don't similar many 4koma, or at least I don't like them for long, simply Nozaki-kun is a rare exception. Do yous like to ship characters? This series encourages that, and is funny all the while. The anime series was amazing, only the manga is definitely good besides. I reviewed the manga at length, simply simply put: lots of fun and endearing characters, lots of laughs, tanuki.

https://terrenceswiff.wordpress.com/2016/02/24/gekkan-shoujo-nozaki-kun/I've never read whatever manga in 4-koma format until this one. It felt odd at first but I got used to information technology fast. It's a very funny series to read. I didn't think information technology was great immediately but it got a lot better afterwards a few capacity. I love how random and unique the characters are. Also since I've never read any other manga about working as a mangaka, I find this serious is very interesting and informative.

I watched the anime first, and I really enjoyed it, simply when I found out it was adapted from a manga, I had to read it!! I LOVE It!!! This is probably my outset ever manga that I genuinely relish from beginning to nowadays. The characters all have a unique charm to them and there are parts when they interruption society'due south norms! Sakura is just the cutest thing and Yuu Kashima is so gorgeous. Definitely give this a try if yous're into comedy with a bear on of romance on the side.....somewhen.
4-koma unlike whatsoever other. It uses larger panels than typical four-komas which allows for better art. The comedy is unique in the sense that information technology doesn't rely on repetition or perverted jokes, instead using genuine humour with some truly likable characters.
I commencement saw the promo for the anime and avoided this series b/c it sounded like a RomCom. Simply, thank you to random tumblr photoset posts, I got interested in one of the characters (the "Prince"), and decided to effort the anime out. Bully option. I couldn't cease laughing at so many parts.
The manga is just as good (though the translations in earlier chapters are a bit off?). Near of the characters are refreshing and likable. The series does not accept a reverse harem. In fact, what little romance in that location is in the series has about zero development. The whole series is lighthearted and hilarious. Commonly, I would be bored past the iv koma style, jokes, and the lack of plot volumes afterwards, but surprisingly, I managed to catch up on the latest chapter.
Tsubaki Izumi is one of my favorite mangaka EVER. I dearest how her works are still funny despite there are no dingy jokes, annoying characters, or cliche plotline. Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun really had me there. The characters are then adorable and very likable, and every human relationship that exists there is interesting. I recommend everyone to take time and read this, because this manga is really worth it!
EVERY chapter. Seriously, everything in this four-koma is filled with ridiculousness, equally expected from the mangaka of Oresama Instructor. Since comedy is my favorite genre, I give it a very high rating -- it's rare I really laugh out loud from reading a manga! And I did that on many occasions; it's but that funny.
Art is good, characters are pleasing. However, like Oresama Teacher, there's virtually no development in the romance. Then if you're looking for that, this probably isn't the best. However, if you like adept art and comedy, give this a become!
I've learned to not look too much from a four-koma series, so this was a practiced surprise for me. Practiced art, solid characters, and peachy gags - very good when you demand something to laugh at.
